Cancellation Policy
At the time of enrollment, you must pay a $500 deposit per person that is not refundable or you are not a confirmed member of this research trip. If you have to cancel, you will not be refunded. The first payment of half the remaining amount must be paid at least 180 days in advance, or if you sign up within 180 days of the trip, you must pay this as well as your $500 deposit. This amount will be refundable until 90 days prior to the trip. The final payment of the remaining amount must be paid 90 days in advance, or if you sign up within 90 days of the trip, you must pay in full upon signing up. Your final payment will be refundable up until 80 days before the trip. After this date, any payments you have made will no longer be refunded.
